Description
I am a small property maintenance company that is looking for a skilled person to come in part-time doing upgrades in some of our unit turns. The areas that we would need you for are; Installing underlayment and vinyl plank or vinyl sheet flooring, drywall repairs, replacing kitchen and bathroom cabinets & countertops, fixture and outlet/switch replacement, plumbing repairs, carpentry work such as stair or deck work. Some weeks may be 10 hours some 40. MUST have transportation & trade tools needed to do the work. I have immediate work. Some jobs can be done in the evenings and on weekends.
