We are hiring someone to join our maintenance team to help manage the general cleaning and painting of our apartments in Lincoln Park. You will assist in cleaning and maintaining the interior common areas and exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. Benefits for full time employees: - $15 - $16/hr - Performance Bonuses Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists in completing work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority - Assists in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy - Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications - Assists in preventative maintenance as assigned - Assists in maintaining and keeping a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas Requirements: - Must have valid driver's license - Must be able to speak English - Bilingual with Spanish and English is preferred Please respond to this ad with your information and qualifications.
