Starting a post rock band in Chicagoland area

I've been writing some post rock (Explosions in the Sky/This Will Destroy You-ish) tunes and want to assemble a band to record/perform. I play guitar and have a buddy willing to play bass. We would need a guitarist (maybe 2?) and a drummer. Keyboards would be cool as well. We can practice/record demos at my apartment. I'm going to buy an electric drum kit so we can do that somewhat quietly. Oh and we're both 32.
