NEED HELP Bath Tub Spout Fix and Tile maintence

Hi all, See attached pictures, a couple of issues hoping to find someone close who can help. # 1- Had some work on the showerbody....the bath spout nipple is too long, probably an inch too long, and therefore the spout is not flush against the wall. Also need to do final hot water adjustment on this new shower body...$100 #2- Discuss and consider same Vintage bathroom tile needs some cleanup, this same shower/stall, some tiles are loose and needs caulking, I have some concrete duroc, i got thinset and grout, and there's also another shower stall (vintage tile too), that we gotta check the shower body for leaks)....basically the job is careful finesse not destroying the vintage tiles...fix the weak spots, thinset, grout and caulk as needed + diagnose the leak in shower #2. $$ negotiable. Please write me via this ad with your experience at "repairs"....there's a big difference between people who frequently repair an exsisting shower or tiles with care vs people who dont. Should be someone from Nassau County area. Just no point in people driving here from riverhead, looking for someone local.
