Good Advice On Stray Kittens?

Kittens were born in a vacant chicken house the day before Pet Day. They have been staying outside with their mom - which is a neighborhood stray. They are not wild, but have not had their shots. I've been giving them water and feeding them kitten food in-between their moth and grasshopper diet. I can not take care of any more stray pets, and not sure where are the good kitten shelters open for business in the 80831. Any good recommendations?
