The ideal person for this will have had some success in a team sport with radical personal responsibility, for example, wrestling. We won’t BS you, this is a difficult position. It is also valuable to us. It will require immense physical and psychological toughness. The difficult period may last as long as a year or two. Maybe longer. We know how hard this job is.
