My small dog, TOTO, got away from my house on route 6A. He has no collar, but sports a mohawk. He's a chihuahua mix, with a funny little grin if he chooses to smile at you. I understand he was found by a woman who asked my neighbor if she knew him (she did not until I knocked on her door to ask if she'd seen him) and he is chipped to a veterinarian in los angeles.
