I am seeking someone with building experience and who is handy with cement. I need to waterproof an outside room. Have to pour some areas of cement and install a small PVC drain. Also do some caulking and plywood repair. Lastly seal the door from the weather. Please have your own tools, reliable transportation, and be local to DC. Probably take the better part of a day.
