RV technicians assistant/laborer/apprentice

Looking to hire someone to help out with daily tasks in the mobile RV repair field. Helping me with whatever I'm doing or what ever task needs done. You would be hired as a 1099 contractor. Paid hourly in cash or check at the end of each week worked. If this blossoms into long term employment we can talk about benefits and payroll. You would be required to have your own way to and from work in Golden. You will be expected to be punctual. And around customers I need someone who is presentable, professional and respectful. We work directly with the client. You need to pay attention to detail and be good at listening and following directions. This is key. Scope of work really is anything from pulling weeds to working on million dollar RVs. Taking out the trash or installing a solar system. Or maybe a tour bus at red rocks it really just depends. Some of the work is easy some of the work is hard. Multiple jobs are completed in a day and in multiple locations through out the front range. Be ready to get dirty You have the opportunity to learn the trade while getting paid. Better than school! This trade is in 100% demand and is recession proof and pandemic proof. This is also an opportunity to possibly grow into business ownership with the company for the right person. Pay is based on experience ranging from $16-$21 for trainees and $21-$38 for experiences technicians that need little to no training. Tell me what would you bring to the table for the company?
