Maintenance/Compliance Tech This position is a hybrid position to perform unskilled maintenance work, such as trash pick up, water shut-offs, posting notices. Additionally, this position will perform property inspections at our portfolio to look for work orders, landscaping issues, covenant violations). This is a full-time position and will require a good driving record and a vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
