Hiring helpers for above ground swimming pool construction. No experience necessary buy you must have: Own drill Own work gloves A strong work ethic and be comfortable working outside in the sun all day Reliable transportation Be able to pass a background check and drug test. We do not test for marijuana. Must be willing to travel overnight occasionally as we travel throughout Ohio. Your hotels would be paid for plus a per diem for food. Must be able to start immediately 1099 position. Pay is $150 per pool completed plus bonuses. We usually do 5 pools per week which would pay you $750 base plus any week we do 5 pools we pay a $250 bonus which would pay you $1000/week. After your 3rd week pay is increased to $200 per pool which would pay you $1250 per week any week we do 5 pools. This is a temporary position for the summer.
