Found Net on the St Joe

I found this net last year on the St. Joe. I thought it was a river gift to me. This year, I noticed someone had actually written in their name, city and state. I’ve included pictures. To claim it just let me know what is inlaid on the other side, and what material the inlay is, and I will gladly send you your net.
