Looking for keys for funk/neosoul jam band!

Do you play keys? Can you improvise to funk/soul rock/neo soul? We are a guitarist, bass player, drummer and singer who love to play funk/soul pop/fusion. Think somewhere between Lawrence, Melt, Lake Street Dive and Snarky Puppy. We just started playing together recently and there is potential for some good times! We're hoping for a keyboard player who can handle rhodes/wurli/organ and Piano of course! We're mostly intermediate amateurs playing for fun but not against putting a set list together if we enjoy playing together. We're in our late 20s and early 30s. We practice in my finished basement which has all instruments on location!
