Missouri voters should be embarrassed by the legislature they have put in place. The latest eye-rolling train wreck of legislation prohibits law enforcement to carry out federal gun regulations. Missouri apparently thinks it is a sovereign country and can ignore the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution (which when it suits them, they cite Washington edicts as being unconstitutional). Cognitive Dissonance at work here. The legislation is written with all the foresight and legal acumen of a script to a high school play. I suppose it makes sense in a way in a state with the lowest vaccination rates in the country...that is the way the voters think.
