I am looking for someone that has knowledge and skill working with rental properties. I have a large Real Estate company, and I would like someone that is possibly retired, or close to retirement that would like to work a couple of hours (on my payroll) a week, fixing and addressing items on multiple rental properties around the Austin, Killeen, Copperas Cove area. You could work at your own pace. Some of the things that would be required would be:
General cleaning, landscaping, painting, caulking, small plumbing issues such as faucet replacement, water heater replacement etc. minor appliance repair and replacement, siding repair and replacement, wood replacement, sheetrock repair. Must be able to get on roofs, and climb ladders.
Must be able to travel to the Killeen/Copperas Cove area, and travel time would be compensated.
If you are interested in doing a couple of hours a week, for several months, and possibly longer, please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you. Bilingual would be good, but not required.
