The re-birth of Downtown Ashland

At one point I was happy that my hometown was trying to improve downtown and bring it back to life, but I found out a very disturbing fact about a deal Mayor Miller made with one of the new restaurants downtown. Mayor Miller made a deal with Ohio Fire. The owners of Ohio Fire told the mayor that they would stay at the location they were at as long as he did not allow food trucks in the downtown area. This made me sick knowing that someone could stoop that low to get what they wanted. They mayor should be ashamed of himself for making such a deal the the owners of Ohio Fire should be ashamed of themselves for even asking for this. I will not be giving my business to Ohio Fire and hopefully others who see this will do the same.
