Expand your drafting skills with a growing firm! Seeking motivated entry-level CAD Technicians in Michigan using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe, and Microsoft Office. The selected individual will be responsible for drafting duties for various types of public and private civil engineering projects in a productive, team environment. Responsibilities will include plan production, utility layouts and design, redlines, and general drafting. Willingness to learn and the desire to grow are a must. Job details: Pay: $15-$26 Job Type: Full-time Number of hires for this role: 7 Qualifications: Reliable transportation to and from work. High school diploma or equivalent. • This position will utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create fiber and permit drawings that include point A to Point B drawings for telecom fiber line design. All drawings will be 2D based. Some drawings will require placement of existing utilities • Drafting of field notes • Creation of base maps including page layouts and match lines • Draft designs following a strict set of rules and guidelines Schedule: 8 hour shift (30 minute lunch break) Monday thru Friday Overtime - Yes. Must have laptop and smartphone. Work Location: Southfield Office
