Looking for an area supervisor for makereadies

We are looking for experienced area supervisor to run make readies and handle some tenant occupied repairs. Qualified Candidates will have at least 10 years of Handyman/make ready field experience and at least five years in a supervisory position. Must be computer literate and have a smart phone. We will provide a tablet for you to work with. This will be a salaried position. We are looking for somebody centrality located in the DFW area. There is a vehicle stipend to cover expenses and we pay for gas used for company jobs. Duties would include, but are not limited to: Starting up make readies and delivering supplies. Following up on make readies to ensure jobs are moving along. Doing a punch list the day before completion of the make ready and doing a quality control walk before signing off on the job. Documenting any change orders as they arrise so we can get them approved quickly. Helping lead men find solutions to problems. We are a well established company that has ample work. We are not looking for any one with a lot of baggage or drama in their lives. We need some one who can focus at the job at hand and make descisions. You will be given authority to make these descisions and control the employees.
