I am wanting to adopt an at least somewhat or potentially friendly adult neutered negative FIV short hair cat to live in my barn and hunt mice. We are in a quiet setting way off the road and don't have children but have one dog and want a cat that will be friendly with him. I feed the best cat food and provide regular vet care. We do have wild animals on the property which is a risk to cats.
