In need of a remodeler that has skills in various aspects of remodeling. Framing is important, roofing repair (shingle), landscaping, siding work... these are a couple current issues. Start now. $20 an hour Other soon to be needed skills are drywall, minor electrical, plumbing, flooring, etc This is rental remodeling so most is from the perspective of getting homes ready for rental. Part time is preferred as I can fill gaps in your regular employment. MUST BE A SELF STARTER. I expect photos of work and good communication via text.
