SE HABLA ESPANOL WE ARE HIRING.... Zen Clean Solutions LLC Job Description FULL TIME OR PART TIME Position available Our employees average 35-40 hours EVERY week, paid on a bi-weekly basis. We never send employees home due to lack of work - Thankfully we are busy everyday of the Week! NO nights, some weekends and no holidays Monday - Friday 8:00 To 4:30 Our employees average between $12 -$13 per hour we pay for drive time the pay is depending on experience, work performance Pay is on a biweekly basis. Our employees average about $420 to $480 per week (cleaners) Our Team Leads averages over $500 per week ( must be able to drive during any given workday with a Florida drivers license-clean driving history and must speak English for Team Lead position) We provide paid Holidays off and paid Vacation days after a year to two years with the company We provide the COMPANY CAR for you while at work so you NEVER use your own vehicle, gas or your own car insurance We provide all the equipment, cleanings supplies, snacks & uniforms. Our employees ALWAYS work in Teams of two, we NEVER send a employee to a customer's home alone! Enjoyable work environment, working with professional and pleasant co-workers! We are looking for someone with cleaning experience, but we will train someone whom is dependable, hard working and wants to learn! We perform an evaluation for training and raises if applicable and continuation of trainings for improvements. Other Requirements: Bending, stooping, crawling, lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds Must be able to work around a variety of animals Being active all day.
