Western Mass Shop Local and Westfield On Weekends partner together for the Westfield Concert Series! Hello! We are excited to announce to you, our partnership with Westfield Concert Series (WCS) powered by Westfield Gas and Electric! Thanks to our partnership, we are offering spaces to vendors at a series of four events combining shopping with world class entertainment. The dates of our shows are as follows: July 24th 2021, 5:30pm-9:00pm (33 1/3 LIVE's Killer Queen Experience - A Queen Tribute) August 28th 2021, 5:30pm- 9:00pm (Big 80's Dance Party featuring Kategory 5) September 25th 2021, 5:30pm-9:00pm (Santana Tribute featuring Jingo) October 16th 2021, 11 am-5 pm (Rewind to Vinyl 60's-90's Hits featuring Kategory 5) *Our Finale Event boasting higher attendance and not to be missed!* Event Location: 28 West Silver Street, Westfield MA 01085 (Behind the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Westfield) Each show is $50 along with a charitable contribution in the form of a raffle prize per show (valued at $20). 100% of the proceeds of each raffle will go to various non-profits local to Western Mass. Our most recent event raised $2000 for Dakin Humane Society! We are expecting high attendance for these events, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your business and reconnect with the community! Advertisement efforts for these events include The WCS website, Westfield Lifestyle (July edition), Ad space in local print media, Social Media: The WCS Facebook Page, The WMSL Facebook Page & Group, The WOW Facebook Page, Facebook Events, local city/town forums, our personal business pages/groups, etc., as well as grassroots advertising (a banner displayed by WG+E, flyers dispersed throughout our local cities)! With that said, it is important that everyone RSVP going/interested to these events. It will increase visibility and interest to a wider network of potential attendees (we also must convey the attendance information to the local law enforcement).
