A return of the Gage Roadrunner Marathon in the form of a 5K Race. Gage, Oklahoma welcomes you! 1996 was the final year for the venerable Gage Roadrunner Marathon. The tradition is very much alive in the hearts and minds of the citizens of Gage, Oklahoma. The Gage Chamber of Commerce has decided to bring the tradition back to life in the form of a 5K Race. The race will start downtown Gage and wind its way out to the Gage Artesian Beach. A free pancake breakfast will be held after the 5K Race as well as a car show, a burnout contest, vendor booths, a cannonball contest, and a free swim day at the Gage Artesian Beach. Signup is $20 for ages 15 and up and $10 for ages 14 and below. A t-shirt or tank top is included as well as back numbers. There will be cash prizes and other awards given. All proceeds go to establishing the Gage 5K Roadrunner Race for the future, which will be held on Memorial Day weekend next year (2022). We have attached an image of the shirts available. Children's sizes are available.
