My Quaker parrot fly away on a big tree

How can I get him down, he is hiding in a tree about 2 floors height, since we new to each other and he is not tame,I don’t know to do to reach him he will be starving and thirsty.Any parrot rescue any number I can call to help me get him from the tree ? Please help my number
