Long-haired black cat about 1.5 years old didn't come home this morning. He has white spots on his chest and abdomen. He's a smaller cat. He went outside about 1am and never returned which is unlike him. His name is Cinder but he probably won't come to a stranger. I live in the area of Ustick Rd. and Meridian Rd.
