Hello! I am looking for a few other musicians to join my monthly practice space share in East Williamsburg. The space is located on Maujer between Morgan and Waterbury. The space is currently shared by a few musicians (drummers, guitarists, etc). It’s 12x8’ with high ceilings and a loft, and it is ideal for musicians looking to practice solo, or small bands. We use a Google calendar to book time in the room. We don’t have set time slots. You can just book anything that’s available within two weeks, within reason. Rent is $100 per month, per set of keys. One month security deposit is due before starting. This security deposit will serve as your last month's rent. Since we will be sharing a space, if you end up requesting to rent please send me a link to your Facebook or something similar, just so I can verify that you are a real person! The room comes with a PA and a drum set. We are all respectful of each other’s equipment. Drummers, please bring your own snare and cymbals. The space is available July 1st, but I’m happy to prorate a later start in July. Please shoot me an email to set up a viewing. Thanks!
