Mold Removal - Handyman/ Maintenance Needed

We are a Real Estate Company looking to hire someone, (handyman, maintenance man, preservation worker) to clean up and remove mold from a single family home located in Norton VA. Experience is preferred (bank preservation workers welcome)!!! Please feel free to send an email request for pictures of the mold areas needing to be treated/cleaned. We are looking to have to follow work done among additional work if needed: rugs pulled, basement walls cleaned/wiped or scrubbed down, walls painted, possible sheet rock/ insulation removal and reinstallation, dehumidifiers installed, floors swept and moped clean, windows opened while home is being worked on to air it out, air fresheners placed around the home. We are open to other suggestions as well that you think may work better or in addition to what is being asked for. Both levels of the home are affected and need to be worked on.
