Mold Shop Assistant Wentzville based 37+ year established manufacturing company of cultured marble products is looking for a motivated, energetic, responsible and accountable full time Mold Shop Assistant to prepare / repair mold surfaces for production - fiberglass lamination / surface repair. Autobody / Car detailing experience a definite plus. NOTE: Significant first year pay increases - based on GOOD attendance and position skill mastery. PLUS 1.25 - 1.50 / hour incentive PLUS Attendance Bonus Responsibilities include: Clean molds / Apply steps procedures Minor Mold repairs / buffing Larger repairs / Mold Box work Fiberglass Repair / assist roll out Requirements: Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a tape measure Operate small hand tools (including buffer, grinder) Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Dependable & On time Attendance Record Safety conscious Mon- Friday schedule with OT as required Company Benefits: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance after 30 days Paid Vacation + NINE paid holidays Company paid Life Insurance Pay increases as skill level increases, growth potential available Apply online or in person M- F 9am 2pm at: Superior Home Products 211 Edinger Rd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
