The 14th Annual Fong Family FORE Charity Golf Event to be held on September 20, 2021, benefits the Thomas and Eva Fong Family Foundation The 14th Annual Fore Charity Golf Event benefits the Thomas and Eva Fong Family Foundation, which has for over 20 years supported many local Bay Area charities with programs focused on youth, senior and immigrant services. In response to the alarming escalation in xenophobia and bigotry resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Asian Pacific Planning and Policy Action (A3PCON), Chinese for Affirmative Action (CAA), and the Asian American Studies Department of the San Francisco State University launched the Stop AAPI Hate reporting center. The center tracks and responds to incidents of hate, violence, harassment, discrimination, shunning, and child bullying against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States.
