ISO foster dog until I can adopt

I’m looking for someone in Spokane county to foster a dog for me until I can adopt him. He is currently going through therapy and they need someone to foster him in Spokane county before they will let him become available for adoption. I would totally do this but they won’t let me since I don’t live in spokane county. I have tried for them to make an exception for us to foster to adopt him but I haven’t heard anything back. Please let me know if anyone out there is willing to do this for us. We are so attached to him I wish they would have told us this before my family and I went out there to meet him. He is the sweetest! Let me know. Thank you!!
