Wizard of Oz Days is coming to Macon, MO on Saturday, August 28th at the Macon Expo Center. Here is your chance to get your family pass. Oz is coming back to Missouri! All the magic, entertainment and camaraderie of MO Wizard of Oz Days returns August 28, 2021. The MO Wizard of Oz Days has appeared in many small Missouri towns over the last six years, and this year makes its way to Macon, MO. Here is the FAMILY PASS, that gets (2) adults & up to {4} kids in for the low price of $20. Kids under the age of 2 are free. The weekend promises to delight fans of all ages like never before; with live entertainment, indoor and out, to offer an unforgettable weekend for all. Indoor events will take place in and around the air-conditioned Expo Center located at the Macon County Fairgrounds, 1303 South Missouri Street in Macon, MO. The weekend will present nationally acclaimed, “Spirit of Oz,” Wizard of Oz Characters who will both perform and meet and greet fans for socially distanced photo opps. Programs feature many favorite stars of the Oz community: Tara & EmKay (Down the Yellow Brick Pod), Tori Calamito (The Oz Vlog), Anthony Whitaker (Oz singer/songwriter), Wally Krueger (Oz Collectors United), Joe Shipbaugh (Oz artist), James & Amanda Wallace (Oz authors), Jane Albright (International Wizard of Oz Club President), Steven’s Puppets, Home from Oz, The Great Oz Magic Show, and more to be announced soon. The event emcee is TV film critic/Oz historian Ryan Jay with his puppy Toto, too.
