Join us all summer long as we bring lululemon Mall of America’s classes and experiences outdoors! For the month of July, meet us at The Holden Room. These signature experiences will incorporate special guests, live music, giveaways, and much more! Experience all that our Mall of America experiential store has to offer, where you want to be this summer – in the sun. This week (Tuesday, 7/13), join Embrace North owner Luis Leonardo and lululemon ambassador JC Lippold: What you can expect from this outdoor heat & ice experience: 40 minutes of movement and mobility:10 minutes circuits of conditioning training paired 10 mins of mobility 45 minutes of guided cold therapy and sauna-with time for connection/refreshments LIVE music from DJ Kirkabee @djkirkabeeEmbrace North exposes people to a high dose of "feeling alive & breaking mental barriers" through exercise/cold/heat exposure/breath control with the Embrace North approach. To create a higher sense of community and acceptance with the participants of the event. +PLEASE BRING: Towel, clothes to move in, clothes to get wet in, and clothes to be comfortable in, and plastic bag for wet clothes! Luis Leonardo, owner of www.embracenorth.com - personal/group trainer who has developed his own method of coaching people how to stay active and fit with human functional training mixing cold and heat exposure via ice water and sauna. Luis is originally from Guatemala and has been "embracing living in MN" and teaching this lifestyle for the last 7 years. Luis believes that daily exposure to the outside of the comfort zone is a great way to stay fit and healthy while seeking for human longevity. JC Lippold, is a professional homemaker.
