Need Laborer(s) to remove Trash, and Salvageable Materials from Backyard, Shed, and Basement located on residential property. Many items can be Salvaged, Re-Sold and or Recycled. Dumping cost will not be covered. Salvage facilities such as Urban Ore, Goodwill, & or West Oakland Recycle Center are located close by. Owning your own truck, dump trunk, trash bin, dumpster, junk yard, & or storage lot is highly suggested, as there a lot of re-useable & or recyclable materials and home and garden items that can be re-sold; however, it's at your own discretion, since you will own & be entirely 100% responsible for all of the items you have removed from the property after the terms of our negotiation have been agreed upon in writing. Materials to be removed include: Large storage containers, small bricks and concrete dividers, lumber, small & small & large plant pottery, small used appliances, salvageable yard tools, plastic containers, rusted scrap metal, plastic & steel shelves, & plastic tool sheds. Please only contact me to arrange a viewing for providing an estimate & or negotiations, if you clearly speak and fluently write in English, have experience in either Landscaping, Trash Removal, & or Recycling, have verifiable references, have no criminal or unsafe work history, are over 21 yrs old and preferably have a business or contractors license or are willing to sign a Liability Waiver, or provide proof of insurance for your self or business.
