Description

Our neighborhood is slowly but surely beginning to appear as it once did back in the 70's & 80's. Garbage unattended , drug addicts, as well as well as homelessness ,& the mentally-ill are just being totally disregarded! This is NO way for them to live and should be quite disturbing to us all ! I reside in Central Harlem, district 9 . The issues in my district are not being attended to at all ! Yet, constituents of this City Council person votes him back into office ??? How can they be so selfish and inconsiderate ??? I, personally worked hard along side so many others in rebuilding Harlem !!! It hurts to see us going backward ! The old games resurfacing , politicians only caring about self... Laura from Harlem
