1-800 Water Damage of Metro Miami is looking for responsible, motivated and customer service driven employees for residential and commercial water, fire, mold clean up and restoration. Job Description: Water & Fire Restoration Mitigation Technician Primary duties include mitigation services, demolition, water extraction, carpet cleaning, mold remediation, clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move outs and pack-ins and content cleaning. We are willing to train the right candidate!!! JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Must have valid driver’s license - Honest, hardworking, responsible, detail oriented - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. - Completes required paperwork, to include emergency mitigation specification sheets, daily project -Summaries, moisture tracking logs, diagrams, work authorizations and content inventories. - Must have reliable transportation to our office - Pass a drug screening and background check - Applicant must be available to work normal business hours plus on call hours and weekends as needed. - English/Spanish speaking - IICRC Fire/Water Certification is a plus - Restoration and/or construction experience is preferred - Compensation based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday On Call Weekends Experience: Restoration & Mitigation: 2 years (Preferred) Heavy Lifting: 1 year (Preferred)
