Hurt kitten needs help

I believe my kitten has been bitten by most likely an insect of some type. The wound will not heal and I can not afford to get her the help she needs. I am a 63 year old retired veteran on a fixed income and I don't know what to do. Any help would be much appreciated. I don't want to lose my cat and I don't want to see her in pain. PLEASE TEXT ME @
