Our family farm is looking for the best growers in the Emerald Triangle to join our team of Greenhouse Managers. We are looking for growers who have been born and raised in this industry or have been growing for many years, or in other words the best of the best. The greenhouse manager takes care of all the plants in their greenhouse including transplanting, trellising, deleafing, identifying nutrient deficiencies and pests, spraying, watering/feeding, pulling tarp, and harvesting. $25/hr. + bonus Are you an experienced grower who is looking for a way to enter into the legal industry? Has your property been abated, raided, or are you just tired of playing the cat and mouse game? Do you want a job that utilizes all the skills you have acquired over the years? Do you want a job where you are essentially your own boss? We have a mid-size farm just outside of Rio Dell, CA with dozens of 150’x30’ greenhouses. We assign one greenhouse to one greenhouse manager. We just have greenhouse managers doing what they do best without a boss looking over their shoulders. Our management style which we have named CALM (Collaborative AG Labor Management) has been our solution for scaling up our greenhouse production while preserving small scale, family farm, cultivation techniques.
