Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 06/26/2021 3:31 AM 6-25-21           2021-1731, Violation of Order of Protection:  On 6/25/21 at 6:52 p.m., sheriff's deputies investigated a violation of order of protection in the 0-50 Block of Spring Garden, Oswego Township.  Anahi M. Morquecho-Pedraza, a 30-year-old female, from the 8000 Block of Meeker Ave, Joliet was taken into custody for violation of order of protection and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-1731, Violation of Order of Protection:  2021-1734, DUI:  On 6/25/21 at 9:59 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 0 to 100 Block of Long Beach Road, Oswego Township for a report of a vehicle which struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle.  After the investigation, Luis Hernandez, a 25-year-old male from the 20 Block of Pomeroy, Montgomery was taken into custody for DUI and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.  The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
