BURNSVILLE, MN — A two-building apartment development was proposed for a seven-acre vacant lot off of Gateway Boulevard and Pleasant Avenue in Burnsville, Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal reported. The apartments would be age-restricted senior living, the publication said. The project, Gateway Housing, was proposed by MWF Properties from Richfield, the report said.
