Bass Player Wanted for Jazz Band

Our band currently consists of a trumpet, piano, and drums. Our bass player is no longer able to play. We are looking for an upright bass player who has experience playing a variety of Jazz. Only jamming is not what we are looking for, as we prefer playing live local gigs. I played in Big Bands and small Jazz ensembles, and have been wanting to get a group together for a while. Our group has been rehearsing for a few months. Our main preference would be to perform at local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, local events, and possibly places like the Nash. We are looking for musicians who are interested in playing gigs, preferably in the East Valley. Our interests include a variety of Jazz including: Standards, Cool Jazz, Bebop, Big Band, Small group repertoire, Latin Jazz / Bossa, some Funk / Fusion. Looking forward to connecting soon!
