3 parakeets under a yr They spend their days out and go back in their cage for sleeping. Wings are not clipped. Blue one (Sky) will hop out in your hand and sit in shoulder for a little. Green (Mango) will go on hand sometimes. White (snowflake) likes to do her own thing notnjand trained. Daughter has lost interest and I do not have the time. They enjoy each other and playing. They have been around dogs as well. Rehomeing fee $60 for them and their cage and food.
