Property Maintenance Manager ( Residential Property Management ) : Project management and hands on work in carpentry, framing, handyman, painting, plumbing, concrete, electrical, landscaping, cleaning/cleanup and maintenance. Work is Independent Contractor for established property management company, cash pay, beach climate, one project at a time or ongoing work. Over time once proven : trade work for housing, involvement in investing and/or rental property management.
