Local construction and maintenance company that services residential, commercial and industrial properties in the Eugene Oregon region needs a worker to assist construction workers with servicing properties with maintenance and construction work. Assist carpenters with construction and maintenance of houses, apartments, medical offices and retail stores. Job duties include: Painting, deck Maintenance, janitorial, rental property clean outs and restoration. Commercial work of repairs and general maintenance. Roof maintenance of cleaning moss off roof shingles and cleaning rain gutters. Yard work duties include trimming trees, loading and unloading trucks of dirt and bark. Must be adaptive to climbing ladders and have the ability to work in outdoor yards.. Good customer service, neat appearance, handwriting and team work. Experienced required. Call 641-686-1766 Charles
