Wilbur LOVES people and just can't get enough petting and playing. He is 4 years old (according to the vet). Wilbur was living with a feral cat colony, and was initially thought to be feral. However, once he was neutered, the rescue group determined that he was indeed a friendly kitty. He is currently living in a foster home. We believe that he likes other cats. He loves to play with feather toys. He thinks he is part dog----he will flop himself next to his person and roll over. He really loves neck and chin scritches. Wilbur has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is a healthy and gorgeous kitty who would love to join a family that can give him lots of attention.
