Guitarist wanted for 90s rock cover band

Rock guitarists: We are a rock band that does 90s covers... all of the grunge stuff (Pearl Jam, STP, Pumpkins, Soundgarden, etc.), but we also perform the pop rock of the era (Third Eye Blind, Blink 182, Weezer, etc.), and even some of the heavier stuff (Chevelle, Tool, Stabbing Westward...) Our band in its present form is a three-piece, with the singer/guitarist currently covering all of the guitar parts. We're looking for a fourth member who can play solid rhythms but also take over some of the lead duties, as well as add many of the supplemental parts that are inevitably missing when only one guitarist is on stage. Ability to sing backing vocals and harmonize is a massive plus. Our members range in age from late 30s to mid 40s, although you do not necessarily have to fall perfectly into that age range. We are, however, looking for an experienced player who can rock on stage with energy and authority. Professional gear and attitude are, of course, required. We have a roughly 45-song list at the moment and are looking to gig roughly once per week to start. We have just begun our booking phase in three-piece form, so gigs may already be available once you're in and up to speed.
