Description

-Remove approx 200 sf vegetation -Manually move approx 15 cubic yard dirt approx 20’ to new location, hand graded to consistent slope. -Manually install approx 2.5 cubic yard base gravel -Manually install approx 2.5 cubic yard paver sand -Manually place approx 300 sf natural flagstone patio -Possible small 6x6 treated lumber retaining wall as well Most materials (sand, gravel, lumber, etc) to be provided. Most necessary tools available. Mostly need quality labor and work. Email if interested in providing bid. Will consider project price bid or hourly rate. Award will be made based on past quality work, schedule(how soon can start, how long will take, and price.
