I am a local home inspector who is looking to partner with some local contractors to accomplish two items: 1. I am looking to provide referrals to quality contractors who will consistently bid on service and installs based upon inspection results. 2. I am looking to schedule training with a contractor in each field whereby I will pay you a daily rate to accompany yourself or a technician on service calls or installations to enhance my current knowledge and inspection services. Looking for approximately 2 to 3 days in each field. I would be more than happy to provide my labor as needed at no cost along with paying you a fair daily rate. Fields of service include: HVAC, Roofing, Electrical, Exterior Siding, Brick/Masonry/Chimney, Deck building, Well/Septic Pay rate is negotiable
