labor needed - $100/day - backups requested

Hi, I've already hired someone, but leaving the ad up in case the person falls through, I am looking for one or two backups. I'm looking for one or two people to help with general labor to help with stuff around the outside of my house including climbing a ladder and using a drill. Compensation would be 100/day or 15/hour per person for about 6 or 7 hours. Duties will include climbing a ladder and using a drill to fasten some plastic conduit. You must provide your own Phillips-style cordless Drill and any safety equipment you require. A Giant-branded ladder will be provided and drinks and food will all be provided. Weekends, Weekdays, Late-nights until 1:00am and Early mornings starting 5:00am are all never mandatory, but are all OK to avoid the heat.
