Above ground pool installation

Have a 12x28 above ground pool that needs installation. Is there no installers in Beaverton or Portland? All the companies that offer are remote. I have reached out several times to the few that offer installation and they are booked out till the end of the year. One company I have a contract with cannot even remember what services I need. Pool was installed but not correctly. Need a true contractor to insure level accuracy. Bought a bunch of sand for base that needs to be removed. Base needs to be leveled and true. Installation is straight forward with instructions. Have all parts with new liner. Cash payment upon completion. I have no tolerance for bullshit. I have a job to be done, someone completes it and they get paid. No games, no strings, ect.
