Gwm seeking a guy to help get me back on track. I've restarted some former bad habits over the past year so i'd love some help from a dominant male friend / personal trainer, to help me get healthier. Things like weekly meets, regular check ins, punishments for missed goals (many ideas), being tough with me if i'm being a brat. Up for bb sponsorship or other opportunities. Obviously there will need to be boundaries as i'm not looking to get abused but up for ideas, even signing agreement. 42yo seeking athletic or muscular guys.
